Comcast expands StreamSaver: Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max

You have 8 bundle options to choose from, including combinations of Peacock Premium, Netflix Standard with ads, Apple TV, the Disney+, Hulu bundle with ads, and HBO Max Basic with ads. You can go for packages of 3, 4, or 5 services, and even add more apps on an a la carte basis.

But that’s not all – Xfinity has also upgraded StreamStore to allow customers to upgrade bundled apps to ad-free tiers, transfer existing subscriptions, and manage all their services in one convenient place, whether online or through X1 and Xumo devices.

Jon Gieselman, the chief growth officer at Comcast, says that the updated StreamStore gives you more control over how you build and manage your streaming line-up, while also helping you save some money. The expanded bundle strategy is part of their larger effort to combine streaming aggregation with their own connectivity and video services, so you can pair StreamSaver with Xfinity’s national video packages or even add the US version of NOW TV, which offers over 125 channels as a streaming package.

By combining StreamSaver with their broadband, mobile, and video offers, Xfinity says you can save even more money compared to other services. They’re also introducing features like Multiview, RealTime4K, and Fan View to enhance the viewing experience for sports and entertainment customers.

This announcement underscores Comcast’s ongoing efforts to establish Xfinity as a central aggregation platform for both direct-to-consumer streaming services and pay-TV.
