Jon Hamm denies using a butt double in ‘Your Friends & Neighbors’ Season 2
Jon Hamm recently revealed that he didn’t rely on a body double for a spicy scene in the upcoming season of “Your Friends & Neighbors.” During an interview with host Andy Cohen on “Radio Andy,” the actor humorously confirmed, “It’s my real butt, I think.”
Andy Cohen playfully pointed out that Hamm’s derriere is visible in the first few minutes of Season 2 and inquired about his workout routine to keep his glutes in shape.
The “Mad Men” star, known for his role as Andrew “Coop” Cooper, casually mentioned that he doesn’t typically pay attention to the appearance of his behind, adding that the production team might touch it up.
In the comedy series, Hamm stars alongside Anna Osceola, Amanda Peet, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, and Oliva Munn, who plays his character’s mistress, Samantha Levitt.
Olivia Munn, who plays Samantha, previously opened up about her insecurities while filming intimate scenes with Hamm in Season 1, following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2023 and subsequent surgeries.
Munn emphasized the importance of authenticity and intensity in the sex scenes between her and Hamm, wanting them to feel genuine and unfiltered. With the help of an intimacy coordinator and some self-reflection, she was able to navigate these challenging scenes.
Despite dealing with “tough” medication, Munn shared that she’s doing well in a recent interview on “Good Morning America.”
Season 2 of “Your Friends & Neighbors” is set to premiere on April 3, with episodes airing weekly on Apple TV.
