Former world champion Keith Thurman is stepping back into the ring on March 28th to challenge Sebastian Fundora for the WBC junior middleweight title in Las Vegas. The highly anticipated match will be available to watch on Prime Video as a pay-per-view event for $74.99.
Thurman, who has had just two fights in the last six years, is making a comeback after defeating Brock Jarvis in Australia last March. He was originally scheduled to face Fundora in October, but the fight was postponed due to Fundora’s hand injury.
Fundora, known as one of the top fighters in the division, holds the title of tallest world champion in boxing, standing at an impressive 6-foot-5½. He has been on a winning streak, becoming a unified champion and successfully defending his WBC title twice, most recently defeating Tim Tszyu in their rematch last July.
Fans can expect an exciting showdown as Thurman and Fundora prepare to enter the ring for the main event. The PBC on Prime Video pay-per-view card kicks off at 7 p.m. (CT) on March 28th, with the ring walks for the main event expected around 10 p.m. (CT). Additionally, three preliminary fights will be aired for free on Prime Video starting at 4:30 p.m. (CT).
