Double Florida Rocket Launches: Best Viewing Locations for Weekend Launches

The Space Coast of Florida is known as the rocket launch capital of the world, and for good reason! Home to major players like NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, and Kennedy Space Center, Florida is where all the action happens.

Recently, a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket took off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on a Kuiper mission. The rocket launched a group of Kuiper satellites into orbit, and spectators flocked to Space View Park in Titusville to catch a glimpse of the breathtaking event.

Meanwhile, SpaceX launched the Starlink 10-15 mission from Kennedy Space Center in Florida. In the predawn darkness at 4:39 a.m., a Falcon 9 rocket carried 28 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit from Launch Complex 40. It was truly a sight to see!
