Sins of Kujo Live-Action Premiere: Main Trailer and KA Debut on April 2
Manga adaptation “Sins of Kujo” is set to premiere on Netflix on April 2nd, and the main trailer has just been released. The series, based on the popular manga “Kujo no Taizai” by Shohei Manabe, delves into the complex world where law, morality, and survival intersect.
The protagonist, Taiza Kujo, played by Yuya Yagira, describes himself as “a good lawyer, but a bad person.” Known for handling cases that reveal the darkest aspects of society, Kujo firmly believes that a lawyer’s duty is to protect their clients at all costs. However, his ruthless approach to using the law to lessen sentences often blurs the line between justice and corruption in the eyes of those around him, including his colleague Shinji Karasuma (Hokuto Matsumura) and social worker Hitomi Yakushimae (Elaiza Ikeda).
In a world filled with morally compromised individuals, including the likes of underworld figure Kengo Mibu (Keita Machida) and gang leader Kiyoshi Kyogoku (Tsuyoshi Muro), Kujo finds himself entangled in a web of deals, threats, and shifting allegiances where the law is just another tool in the arsenal.
The series promises to challenge viewers on the limits of justice and morality, leaving them pondering where the line should be drawn. With a captivating storyline and compelling characters, “Sins of Kujo” is sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seats. Don’t miss the worldwide premiere on Netflix this April 2nd!
