2026 Razzies Winners List

As we gear up for the 98th Academy Awards, the buzz around the star-studded event is growing. The red carpet is being rolled out, statuettes are gleaming with fresh polish, and influencers are prepping their interview questions amidst some viral nominee backlash. Alongside the Oscars, another notable event is on the horizon: the Golden Raspberry Awards, also known as The Razzies, where the worst of Hollywood is playfully dishonored.

Many Hollywood bigwigs take Razzie wins in good humor, including Halle Berry and Sandra Bullock, both Academy Award winners, who attended the Razzies in the past to graciously accept their awards for performances in Catwoman and All About Steve, respectively.

This year, due to the circumstances, the parody ceremony was held virtually without any in-person Hollywood cameos. Fans who tuned into the YouTube livestream were greeted with some quirky animated visuals or could opt to skip right to the full list of “winners.”

Taking home the dubious title of Worst Picture was “War of the Worlds” (2025), the latest adaptation of the H.G. Wells novel, directed by Rich Lee. The film garnered a 2.5-star rating on IMDb, a meager 4% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and a single star on Letterboxd. For those curious, the movie is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

Moving on to the acting categories, the title of Worst Actress went to Rebel Wilson for her role in “Bride Hard.” The movie features Wilson as a secret agent juggling spy duties with bridesmaid responsibilities. It earned a 4.4 rating on IMDB, a 14% on Rotten Tomatoes, and a 1.9 on Letterboxd.

In the Worst Actor category, Ice Cube secured the win for his appearance in “War of the Worlds,” which has also been widely criticized by both critics and viewers. Despite the film’s poor reception, it did give rise to a meme-worthy shot of Ice Cube sitting at a computer monitor, bathed in the glow of Zoom.

As we eagerly await the glamour and excitement of the Oscars, it’s fun to take a lighthearted look at the flip side of Hollywood with The Razzies, celebrating the best of the worst from the past year in film.
