Streaming Ratings: ‘The Burbs’ Enters Top 10 on Peacock

The latest streaming ratings are in for the week of February 9-15, and we’ve got some exciting stats to share. Coming off the high of the Super Bowl and with the Winter Olympics in full swing, Peacock saw strong performances from two of its series last month. Both The Burbs and The Traitors made it into Nielsen’s top 10 chart for original streaming shows, a rare double win for the NBCUniversal streaming service.

The Burbs, which premiered right after the Super Bowl (and got some love during NBC and Peacock’s game coverage), raked in a whopping 712 million minutes of watch time. This put it in sixth place among original series and eighth overall. Meanwhile, The Traitors continued its impressive season four run with 637 million viewing minutes, up 15 percent from the previous week.

Over on Netflix, The Lincoln Lawyer held onto the top overall spot for the second consecutive week, pulling in a massive 2.54 billion minutes of viewing time—its best week so far in its four-season run. The Pitt was another standout, surpassing the 1 billion-minute mark with 1.04 billion minutes watched on HBO Max.

Overall, the top 10 shows totaled 9.81 billion minutes of streaming time, slightly down from the previous week, most likely due to the intense Olympics coverage. Love Is Blind made a comeback with 856 million minutes on Netflix, while Cross debuted with 613 million minutes on Prime Video. It’s clear that viewers have a lot of great content to choose from these days!
