Norwood Woman Charged in Hit and Run Incident

Potsdam Police recently charged Annette Peacock, a 53-year-old woman from Norwood, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Peacock received uniform traffic tickets on February 27 for failing to keep right and leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident, according to village police.

The incident unfolded when patrols responded to a reported motor vehicle accident, and Peacock was later found in Norwood after leaving the scene. The tickets issued to her are scheduled to be reviewed at Potsdam Town Court on March 18.
