On March 5, Paramount+ released “Anderson Spider Silva,” a Brazilian original series that was nominated for an International Emmy Award in the Best Miniseries category. Fans worldwide can now watch the series on the streaming platform, with availability in the United States starting on March 7.

According to Paramount+, this launch solidifies their position as the home of UFC, blending premium entertainment with world sports content. “Anderson Spider Silva” is a thrilling series that captivates audiences with its story of Anderson Silva’s journey to becoming a prominent MMA athlete. Born in São Paulo and raised by his aunt and uncle in Curitiba, Anderson overcame a challenging childhood by immersing himself in martial arts.

The series features William Nascimento, Bruno Vinicius, and Caetano Vieira as Anderson Silva in various stages of his life, with acclaimed singer and actor Seu Jorge portraying his uncle and Tatiana Tiburcio as his aunt.
