Season 3 of ‘The Comeback’: HBO Release Date and First Trailer Out
“The Comeback” is coming back for a third season on HBO, with an official premiere date set for March 22 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT. The show will also be available for streaming on HBO Max. Lisa Kudrow reprises her role as Valerie Cherish, a former sitcom star, in this new season, which takes place more than 10 years after the second season.
In Season 3, Cherish is now starring in a new show that is being written by artificial intelligence while still pursuing her Hollywood dreams. Alongside Kudrow, the cast includes Dan Bucatinsky, Laura Silverman, Damian Young, Tim Bagley, and many others.
Created by Michael Patrick King and Kudrow, the show initially didn’t find a large audience when it first premiered, but it has since gained a strong cult following. This led to a second season, which was well-received by critics. Kudrow and King have both received Emmy nominations for their work on the show.
Despite HBO billing this as the final season, given the show’s history of, well, comebacks, we’ll have to wait and see if that holds true. Get ready to enjoy the humor and charm of “The Comeback” once again this March!
