Joe Tippett Returns in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2

Montgomery County native Joe Tippett is making waves in the TV world once again, scoring a starring role in Apple TV+’s Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, a show set in the MonsterVerse franchise.

After becoming a football standout at Damascus High School in 2000, Tippett has continued to make his mark in Montgomery County. Now, in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, he portrays Tim, a diligent office worker within the secretive organization Monarch. The series delves into the family ties to Monarch discovered by two siblings in the aftermath of Godzilla’s famous 2014 appearance, also known as “G-Day,” spanning storylines in the 1950s and present-day to unravel the mysteries behind Monarch’s connection to the towering Titans that pose a threat to humanity.

The second season, set for release this Friday, promises to show us more of Tim as he transitions to a pivotal role within Monarch amidst increasing internal and external challenges.
