Amanda Knox Drama ‘The Stolen Girl’ Set to Premiere on Disney+ Hulu Originals and ITV

Disney and ITV have extended their partnership to bring two new series to ITV1 and ITVX. “The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox” and “The Stolen Girl,” both Hulu Originals, will be airing on ITV1 during primetime and on the ITVX streaming platform under the brand “Disney+ presents a Hulu Original.”

“The Stolen Girl,” a psychological drama produced by Quay Street Productions with Brightstar, is set to debut on February 25th. The series follows a family dealing with the mysterious disappearance of their young daughter during a sleepover. It originally premiered on Disney+ in April 2025.

Later in the year, “The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox” will premiere, delving into the case of a murdered British exchange student in Italy and the American roommate accused of her murder.

This partnership between Disney and ITV started in 2023 with a licensing deal and has since evolved into a cross-promotional venture. The collaboration has led to curated content from both services being available to viewers under the banners “Taste of ITVX” and “Taste of Disney+.” Additionally, Disney recently signed a multi-year deal with ITV, further strengthening their working relationship.
