“A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Air Time – Episode Schedule”

Fans of the “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” series, get ready because the season 1 finale is almost here! The show premiered on Jan. 18 and the finale will air on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 10 p.m. ET on HBO and HBO Max. In a recent interview, Casey Bloys, Chairman and CEO of HBO and HBO Max Content, shared that season 2 of “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” is currently in production and is expected to premiere in 2027. He mentioned that new seasons of the show will be released annually, which is great news for fans who can’t wait to see more of Ser Dunk the Tall and his squire, Egg, on their adventures throughout Westeros.

Compared to the “Game of Thrones” prequel, “House of the Dragon,” which typically had two-year gaps between seasons, Bloys explained that the production timeline for “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” is more streamlined due to its smaller scope. The show is based on George R. R. Martin’s novella series “Tales of Dunk and Egg,” set about 90 years before the events of “Game of Thrones.”

Looking ahead to season 2, showrunner Ira Parker hinted at what’s to come, mentioning characters like the Red Widow, Ser Bennis, and Ser Eustace from “The Sworn Sword” novella. With three talented actors joining the cast, fans can expect even more excitement and intrigue in the upcoming season.
