Prime Video recently hosted a showcase highlighting its upcoming international original series that are set to premiere or return soon. Kicking off with an exciting teaser, the streaming service seems to be doubling down on original content. The streaming service has announced three popular anime titles for its 2026 lineup, with FIST OF THE NORTH STAR: HOKUTO NO KEN being a standout. Produced by TMS Entertainment, Prime Video has secured exclusive global rights to this reboot of the beloved series. Finally, Prime Video teased several other properties like THE GHOST IN THE SHELL, Absolute Value of Romance, See You at Work Tomorrow!, The Sacred Jewel, and From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman II, slated to be headliners in 2026. The streaming service also pledged to offer movies and series in over 30 languages, with numerous subtitle and dubbing options, reaching viewers in 240 countries and territories worldwide.
