Early Release Schedule for HBO Shows Before Super Bowl Sunday

HBO is shaking things up this week by releasing Sunday prime time shows early on streaming ahead of Super Bowl Sunday. On Sunday, February 1, during the 2026 Grammy Awards, HBO announced that Industry Season 4 Episode 5 and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Season 1 Episode 4 will be available early on HBO Max.

Industry Season 4 Episode 5, titled “Eyes Without a Face,” will be the fifth episode of the season, with a total of eight episodes. Fans can catch it on HBO Max this Friday, February 6, at a special early time of 3:01 a.m. ET. The episode’s runtime is 1 hour and 2 minutes, and it will still air on the HBO cable channel at its usual time of 9/8c on Sunday, February 8.

Here’s a sneak peek at “Eyes Without a Face”: “With the company’s position collapsing, Sweetpea (Miriam Petche) and Kwabena (Toheeb Jimoh) head to Accra to try to expose Tender. Harper [Myha’la] and Eric [Ken Leung] receive personal news.”

Moving on to A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Season 1 Episode 4, titled “Seven,” viewers can expect to see the aftermath of a major reveal about Egg’s (Dexter Sol Ansell) true identity in Episode 3. This episode will also be available on HBO Max on Friday, February 6, at 3:01 a.m. ET, with a runtime of 38 minutes. The episode will then air on HBO at its usual time of 10/9c on Sunday, February 8. This is the fourth episode of six in the first season, with Season 2 currently in production.

Here’s a glimpse of what to expect in “Seven”: “After landing himself in the Targaryens’ crosshairs, Dunk [Peter Claffey] exercises his right to request a trial by combat. But when Aerion [Finn Bennett] insists on a trial of seven instead, Dunk is faced with the daunting task of finding six others to fight alongside him.”
