Get ready for the 150th annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show! This prestigious event has been captivating dog lovers since 1877, with live coverage kicking off on FOXSports.com starting Saturday at 7:30 a.m. ET.
The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show is a gathering of thousands of top-tier dogs participating in various competitions like agility, obedience, and dock diving. Judges evaluate breeding quality and award breeders whose dogs best represent the breed standards.
Scheduled for January 31 and February 2-3, 2026, the Westminster Dog Show will be broadcast on FOX, FS1, FS2, and FOX One. You can also stream the event on FOXSports.com and the FOX Sports App.
Dogs will compete in seven categories: sporting, hound, working, terrier, toy, non-sporting, and herding. The competition takes place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Madison Square Garden in New York, with the Best in Show winner crowned at Madison Square Garden.
Each dog competes in its designated group, earning points based on defeating other dogs. The top dogs move on to compete for the Best in Show title, evaluated based on various breed standards.
Don’t miss the action-packed schedule, including the Masters Agility Championship Finals, breed judging, and group judging. Last year’s Best in Show winner was Monty the Giant Schnauzer, so stay tuned to see who comes out on top this year!
