Star Trek: Section 31 Razzie Nominations and 2026 Predictions
There’s a chance that Star Trek: Section 31 could be in the running for some Golden Raspberry Awards in the future. Despite some mixed reviews, the film won’t necessarily sweep every Razzie category. For example, Michelle Yeoh’s performance as Philippa Georgiou may not have been her best work, but it doesn’t seem like she phoned it in either. Plus, with Rebel Wilson also in the running for Worst Actress for Bride Hard, Yeoh might be safe in that category.
On the bright side, it looks like Section 31 might dodge the Worst Picture bullet, especially with Disney’s Snow White remake also in contention. And director Olatunde Osunsanmi, who was recently nominated for an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Directing, probably won’t be taking home a Razzie either.
However, it’s likely that Craig Sweeny could snag the Golden Raspberry for Worst Screenplay, even with Snow White also in the running. It’s a tough category, but we’ll have to wait and see how it all plays out. Stay tuned for more updates!
