Netflix’s Ad Revenue Reaches $1.5 Billion in 2025

Netflix’s advertising business saw a significant increase last year, more than doubling its revenue to $1.5 billion. And the good news is, it’s not stopping there—Netflix co-CEO Greg Peters predicts that the advertising business will double again in 2026, reaching around $3 billion. This growth is fueled by the expansion of Netflix’s ad-supported streaming subscription, which now reaches over 94 million viewers every month.

To enhance the advertising experience, Netflix is planning to introduce new AI-powered tools for advertisers. These tools will allow companies to seamlessly integrate their ads with scenes from Netflix’s popular shows and movies. Additionally, Netflix is gearing up to launch “interactive video ads” in the second quarter of this year, offering even more engaging ways for advertisers to connect with viewers.

In addition to its advertising business, Netflix’s overall revenue reached $12.05 billion in 2025, with the platform boasting a massive 325 million subscribers. The streaming giant also recently made headlines with its $82.7 billion acquisition of Warner Bros.’ studio, HBO, and HBO Max. As the streaming landscape continues to evolve, Netflix is bringing in a variety of video podcasts from platforms like Spotify and iHeartRadio, while also preparing for the release of highly anticipated new seasons of shows like Bridgerton, One Piece, and The Witcher.

Overall, Netflix is at the forefront of innovation in the streaming industry, offering new ways for advertisers to reach viewers and continuing to provide top-notch content for its millions of subscribers. With exciting developments on the horizon, it’s clear that Netflix’s growth trajectory shows no signs of slowing down.
