Get ready for the UFC break with the new fight library on Paramount+
It’s been a while since we’ve seen a live UFC fight, and the wait for more action can feel like forever. But fear not! Paramount+ has some exciting news for MMA fans who are missing the octagon action.
The UFC and Paramount+ recently revealed that a large chunk of the UFC fight library is now available on the platform. This move comes after Paramount+ took over the UFC broadcasting rights in the U.S. at the beginning of the year in a deal worth $7.7 billion over the next seven years.
While we eagerly look forward to future live events, Paramount+ is offering classic fights from some of the biggest names in the UFC to keep us entertained in the meantime. The UFC fight library on Paramount+ features a collection of archive content that includes the “best of” compilations and select main cards from 2000 to 2025. With over 1,400 assets available, fans can dive into iconic moments, legendary careers, current stars, and unforgettable fights from UFC history.
The library on Paramount+ is designed to help viewers easily explore and enjoy the rich heritage of the UFC. The content is organized into curated collections, making it simple for fans to revisit their favorite fights and relive the magic of unforgettable matchups.
In addition to the existing content, more historic footage from the UFC archive will be added gradually. This library gives fans a chance to revisit iconic fights and legendary athletes as they gear up for the live debut of UFC on Paramount+ later this month with UFC® 324: GAETHJE vs. PIMBLETT on January 24th.
Fans can look forward to watching fights featuring former interim UFC Lightweight Champion Justin Gaethje, fan favorite Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett, UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Kayla Harrison, and UFC Hall of Famer Amanda Nunes. These fighters will headline the inaugural live event of the new Paramount+ era, marking a historic shift away from Pay-Per-View and making UFC more accessible and affordable for fans in the U.S. and Latin America.
So, if you’re craving some UFC action during the break, head over to Paramount+ and dive into the exciting world of UFC history. With classic fights and legendary moments waiting to be discovered, there’s plenty to keep you entertained until the live action returns.
