WWE Classic Events Arriving on Netflix Soon as Archive Content Exits Peacock

As WWE gets ready to shift its library of classic content away from Peacock, US fans are in for a treat with a bunch of classic events heading to Netflix. Some hidden gems are finally getting the attention they deserve.

Netflix has posted listings revealing that a range of one-off WWE pay-per-views and international events are set to arrive next week. This marks the beginning of WWE’s move to new platforms, with some content also slated for WWE Vault and the WCW channel. Among the events popping up on Netflix are classics like Greatest Royal Rumble, No Mercy 1999 (UK edition from Manchester), and Invasion.

Fans can also look forward to some lesser-known events making an appearance, such as Break Down: In Your House and Bash in Berlin. Rare favorites like the 1998 St. Valentine’s Day Massacre are also on the list, along with cult curiosities like Great Balls of Fire and Capital Carnage. Notably, No Mercy 1999 (UK) is a non-US exclusive that hasn’t been easy to find on streaming platforms before.

This release plan lines up with recent hints from Mark Shapiro that a non-exclusive deal for WWE’s footage might happen in early 2026. As Peacock loosens its grip on WWE’s historical content, it seems like WWE is spreading its archives across various platforms like Netflix and YouTube to give fans more opportunities to relive the best (and most infamous) parts of wrestling history.

Which of these events are you most hyped to watch again—or catch for the first time? Share your picks in the comments!
