Rhea Seehorn discusses reunion with ‘Better Call Saul’ creator in ‘Pluribus’

Rhea Seehorn recently shared some insights about her experience reuniting with Vince Gilligan for her role in Pluribus. Known for her role in Better Call Saul, Seehorn takes on the character of Carol Sturka in the Apple TV+ sci-fi drama Pluribus, a project created by none other than Vince Gilligan himself.

During the Los Angeles premiere of Pluribus on November 4, Seehorn spoke with PEOPLE magazine about her reunion with Gilligan. She expressed her excitement by mentioning that Gilligan had observed her work on Better Call Saul and felt compelled to offer her a diverse range of roles in Pluribus. Seehorn shared her joy at being able to showcase her skills in various genres, from comedy to drama, within this new project.

In Pluribus, Seehorn’s character is a romance author tasked with saving humanity from an alien virus that induces overwhelming happiness in people, a stark contrast to her character in Better Call Saul. Gilligan described Seehorn’s character as a flawed but noble hero, adding that he enjoyed creating a character who grapples with imperfections while striving to save the world.

Pluribus premiered its first two episodes on Apple TV+ on November 7, 2025, with subsequent episodes airing every Friday. This exciting new series combines Seehorn’s talent, Gilligan’s creative vision, and a captivating sci-fi storyline that promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
