Craziest Movie of 2025 Now Available for Streaming

If you’re looking for something exciting and different to watch this holiday season, Peacock has got you covered. They are starting to add some of Universal and Focus Features’ late 2025 releases to their lineup before the year is over. Jordan Peele’s horror film “Him” was recently added, but there’s an even crazier and better movie heading our way next week.

Peacock announced that “Bugonia” is finally coming to streaming, and the highly anticipated premiere is just around the corner. This film, starring Emma Stone and directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, received rave reviews from both critics and fans when it debuted in theaters in October. Now, it will be available for streaming on December 26th, just one week from today.

“Bugonia” is based on the 2003 South Korean film “Save the Green Planet!” and follows the story of a conspiracy theorist who believes a powerful CEO is an alien invading the planet, leading to unexpected twists and turns in the plot. The film boasts a stellar cast including Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Aidan Delbis, Stavros Halkias, and Alicia Silverstone.

This film is just one of the exciting additions that Peacock has in store as we close out 2025 and head into 2026. In addition to “Bugonia,” Peacock will be adding a variety of popular films and shows to its lineup on January 1st. Some of the titles include “How to Train Your Dragon,” “Mad Max,” and “The Maze Runner.” The full list of January 1st additions is available on Peacock for those who are interested.

So if you’re looking for something new and entertaining to watch as the year comes to a close, keep an eye out for “Bugonia” on Peacock. And don’t forget to check out the other great titles coming to the streaming service in the new year.
