Paramount+ cancels “NCIS: Tony & Ziva” series
Paramount+ has decided to cancel its spin-off series “NCIS: Tony & Ziva” after just one season. The show featured former NCIS Special Agents Anthony DiNozzo (played by Michael Weatherly) and Ziva David (played by Cote de Pablo) as they worked together with a mysterious tech program to solve a crime involving money theft from Interpol. The series premiered on September 4th and aired 10 episodes before its cancellation. The cast included Isla Gie, Amita Suman, Lara Rossi, Maximilian Osinski, Anne-Marie Waldeck, Julian Ovenden, James D’Arcy, Nassima Benchicou, Terence Maynard, Emmanuel Bonami, and Sean Pertwee. Despite the cancellation of “NCIS: Tony & Ziva,” there are three other “NCIS” series currently on the air: the main “NCIS” series, “NCIS: Origins” in its second season, and “NCIS: Sydney” in its third season. Both Weatherly and de Pablo expressed their gratitude to fans, cast, and crew following the show’s end.
