Paramount+ renews ‘Landman’ for third season on Texas oil series

Paramount+ recently announced the renewal of its original series “Landman” for a third season, during the run of its current second season, which premiered on Nov. 16. The show has been a hit, with the season two premiere receiving over 9.2 million views, marking a 262% increase from the season one premiere, making it the most-watched premiere of any original series on Paramount+.

Starring Billy Bob Thornton as Tommy Norris, a bigwig in a Texas oil company, the series features a talented ensemble cast including Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Ali Larter, Sam Elliott, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, Paulina Chávez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, James Jordan, and Colm Feore.
