Will Netflix and HBO Max Combine?

For now, it looks like the answer is no. According to Variety, Netflix plans to keep HBO Max as a separate service for the time being. Instead, Netflix will be adding HBO and HBO Max content to its lineup. Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav reassured employees that HBO Max is here to stay. He mentioned that having both Netflix and HBO Max will provide subscribers with a better experience. For those who only want HBO Max, it will still be available as a standalone service. Zaslav also highlighted that Warner Bros. TV production team will create content for both HBO and Netflix. With this acquisition, Netflix is set to become one of the largest creators of content with an extensive library of stories for viewers worldwide.
