Mauricio Umansky, 55, in New Relationship with ‘FBoy Island’ Star, 34: Age-Gap Romance

Mauricio Umansky, known for appearing on “Buying Beverly Hills,” was recently spotted with actress and model CJ Franco, fueling romance rumors. Umansky, 55, was seen getting cozy with the “FBoy Island” star, 34, in Los Angeles after a dinner at Craig’s in West Hollywood.

Photos published by the Daily Mail show Umansky wrapping his arms around Franco, giving her a kiss on the cheek, and snuggling close to her. Franco seemed to be enjoying the affection, leaning back into Umansky with a big smile on her face.

Umansky’s outing with Franco comes two years after his split from his wife Kyle Richards. The couple, married for 27 years, separated in July 2023 but have not filed for divorce yet. Since the separation, Umansky has been linked to several younger women, including singer Anitta, 32, and models Nikita Kahn, 34, and Klaudia K, among others.

Richards has shared that she and Umansky are supportive of each other and prioritize co-parenting their three daughters – Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17. Despite the separation, they maintain a strong friendship and want the best for each other.

Umansky, in a recent interview, mentioned that he is single and dating but emphasized that his daughters encourage him to be happy and enjoy himself while being age-appropriate in his choices. Franco, on the other hand, was previously engaged to director Len Wiseman and starred in the reality TV series “FBoy Island” in 2021. She ended up with contestant Jarred Evans on the show, but their relationship did not last.

Umansky’s daughters have advised him to maintain some privacy in his dating life, especially in the early stages of a relationship. Franco and Umansky’s public outing has sparked interest and speculation, but both individuals seem to be enjoying each other’s company for now.
