Kim Kardashian Discovers Low Brain Activity from Recent Scan

im Kardashian revealed in a recent episode of The Kardashians that she learned she has “low brain activity” from a new scan conducted by Dr. Daniel Amen. The reality star shared that she has been dealing with an aneurysm in her brain for years, which was discovered during a Prenuvo scan. Dr. Amen linked the low brain activity to chronic stress, attributing it to Kim’s preparation for the bar exam and her divorce from Kanye West.

During the episode, Kim underwent the brain scan alongside Scott Disick, where Dr. Amen used brain imaging technology to assess their brain health. Despite the positive traits of not being at high risk for Alzheimer’s disease and having a positive outlook, Dr. Amen also identified “holes” in Kim’s brain scan, indicating low activity in the frontal lobes. This lower brain activity could make it harder for Kim to manage stress, especially while studying for the bar exam.

Kim expressed concern about the results, stating that she needs to figure out a plan to manage her stress better. She recently shared with her sister Kourtney Kardashian that she found out about the aneurysm in her brain and was advised by a brain surgeon that stress could trigger a rupture. This added stress, along with the ongoing fallout of her divorce from Kanye West, has contributed to the chronic stress that Dr. Amen believes is affecting Kim’s brain activity.

New episodes of The Kardashians air on Thursdays at 12 a.m. ET on Hulu, where viewers can follow Kim’s journey towards better brain health and stress management.
