Watch Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Live for Free
Thanksgiving is finally here, and that means it’s time for the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! This year, the parade will be broadcast live starting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27. You can catch all the action on Peacock or DirecTV Stream with a free trial (Fubo might also have it, but there’s a bit of uncertainty due to a recent contract issue with NBCUniversal).
The parade, hosted by Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Al Roker from NBC’s “TODAY” show, will wind its way through almost three miles of New York City. Grab a spot along Central Park West, West 59th Street, or 6th Avenue to catch all the excitement.
This year’s performances will include the talents of HUNTR/X from the show “KPop Demon Hunters” like EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI, as well as Cynthia Erivo from “Wicked: For Good” and country music star Lainey Wilson. Plus, get ready for appearances by Ciara, Callum Scott, Colbie Caillat, Russell Dickerson, Darlene Love, Busta Rhymes, Lauren Spencer Smith, and Christopher Jackson.
For those looking to stream the parade for free, NBC is usually an easy channel to find on most streaming services. However, for the best selection of channels and content, you might want to check out DIRECTV (which also offers a free trial). Peacock will also have a live stream of the parade available and will keep it on demand for later viewing. It’s the official streaming service for all NBC content, so you can always rely on it for events like the Thanksgiving Day Parade.
