Nielsen Report: Prime Video Thursday Night Football Viewership Drops by 19% Weekly
According to recent Nielsen data, Prime Video’s exclusive distribution of NFL “Thursday Night Football” experienced a decrease in viewers for the week ending Nov. 2. The game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Miami Dolphins was watched by 12.23 million viewers in 7.3 million U.S. households, showing a 19% decline from the previous game where the New York Giants upset the Philadelphia Eagles with 15.2 million viewers in 8.9 million households on Oct. 9.
This trend continued as the game on Oct. 30 ranked as the No. 11 most-watched TV show out of 250 weekly programs. Prime Video’s “Thursday Night Football” has averaged over 15.8 million viewers through the first three games of the 2025 season. Despite these fluctuations, the streaming service continues to attract a significant audience each week.
