Bridgerton Creator Teams Up with Kim Kardashian for New Netflix Series

Kim Kardashian has some exciting news for all the fans out there! She’s teaming up with Chris Van Dusen, the creator of the hit show Bridgerton, to bring a new Netflix series called Calabasas to life. Kim, along with her American Horror Story costar Emma Roberts, is set to produce the show, and Chris couldn’t be more thrilled about the collaboration.

Chris, who has an impressive resume that includes Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, and Scandal, will be taking over as showrunner for Calabasas. The series is based on the book If You Lived Here You’d Be Famous By Now and follows the story of a 16-year-old named Via, who experiences a major culture shock when she transfers to Calabasas High School.

While details about the show are still under wraps, Kim has shown her love for Bridgerton, and the feeling is mutual among the cast. Nicola Coughlan, who plays Penelope Featherington, shared that meeting Kim was her favorite celebrity fan interaction. Kim even has a Bridgerton WhatsApp group and has seen the show multiple times!

As we eagerly wait for Calabasas to premiere, let’s take a look at some other exciting shows coming up, like Selling Sunset on Netflix and I Love LA on HBO. There’s a lot of great content to look forward to, so stay tuned for more updates!
