Little Disasters Teaser: Watch Diane Kruger in Psychological Thriller
Diane Kruger stars in the upcoming psychological thriller “Little Disasters,” and the teaser trailer has just been released by Paramount+. The six-part limited series, set to premiere on December 11th, follows a group of expectant mothers whose lives are changed by one “excruciating decision” that sets off a chain of events affecting their families and friendships.
In the teaser, Kruger plays Jess, a seemingly perfect stay-at-home mother who is confronted with a difficult situation when her friend Liz, played by Jo Joyner, makes a call to social services about Jess’s baby. As tensions rise, the group of friends, also including Charlotte and Mel, must navigate the aftermath of this decision.
Directed by Eva Sigurðardóttir, “Little Disasters” has already premiered in the U.K. and Ireland earlier this year, receiving acclaim for its complex characters and gripping storyline. Based on the bestselling novel by Sarah Vaughan, the series promises to be a slow-burn that intensifies as the episodes unfold, leaving viewers breathless.
Kruger, who also stars in HBO Max’s “The Seduction,” brings depth and vulnerability to her role as Jess, describing her character as a fierce mother who would do anything for her children. With the series set to debut on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada, GSA, Italy, and Latin America, viewers can expect a wild and captivating journey into the complexities of motherhood and friendship.
Don’t miss out on this gripping series when it arrives on Paramount+ this December!
