Most Anticipated Apple TV Shows for Fall
Apple TV is bringing some exciting new shows to its lineup with the premieres of two highly anticipated series in the coming weeks.
First up is “Down Cemetery Road,” a crime thriller based on the novel by Mick Herron, the same author behind the popular Slow Horses series on Apple TV. The show stars Emma Thompson as a detective hired by Ruth Wilson’s character to investigate a crime. If you’re a fan of Slow Horses, you’re likely to enjoy this new series which combines dark comedy with a compelling crime mystery. The first two episodes of Down Cemetery Road premiere on Wednesday, October 29, with weekly episodes continuing through December 10.
The second new series, “Pluribus,” is a genre-bending sci-fi drama created by Vince Gilligan, the mastermind behind Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Rhea Seehorn, known for her role in Better Call Saul, stars in the series. Pluribus debuts on Apple TV on Friday, November 7, with weekly episodes released through December 26. While details about the series are scarce, a second season has already been confirmed, building anticipation for what’s to come.
Apple TV is available for $12.99 per month and features a range of hit shows and movies including Ted Lasso, Severance, The Morning Show, Silo, and Shrinking.
