New MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and Vision Pro: Top Stories
This week, Apple made some exciting announcements, introducing the new M5 chip in three of its latest products. The M5 chip is bringing significant performance improvements to the table, and we can’t wait to see what these new devices can do.
First up, we have the 14-inch MacBook Pro, now powered by the M5 chip. This update brings faster speeds and more storage options, with configurations up to 4TB available. It’s worth noting that the European models of the M5 MacBook Pro won’t include a power adapter in the box, in compliance with upcoming EU regulations.
Next, Apple unveiled the new iPad Pro featuring the M5, C1X, and N1 chips. The M5 chip packs a punch with a 10-core CPU and a next-generation GPU for improved AI performance. Plus, the C1X modem in cellular models supports faster data speeds, making this iPad Pro a powerhouse.
In addition, Apple updated the Vision Pro headset with the M5 chip, offering faster performance and a more comfortable design. With a sharper display and a 120Hz refresh rate, the Vision Pro delivers a top-notch experience for users.
On the streaming front, Apple TV+ is getting a makeover and will now be known simply as Apple TV. This rebranding comes alongside the announcement of “F1: The Movie” and a vibrant new identity for the service.
Looking ahead, iOS 26.0.2 is set to roll out soon, focusing on bug fixes and security tweaks. Meanwhile, Apple continues to work on more significant updates with iOS 26.1 in the pipeline.
