Tracy Morgan Makes Appearance as Crutch in ‘The Neighborhood’ Before Paramount+ Spinoff
The upcoming spinoff of “The Neighborhood,” called “Crutch,” is just around the corner. Tracy Morgan stars as Calvin’s cousin Francois “Frank” Crutchfield, known by the nickname “Crutch.” Viewers can catch a glimpse of Crutch in the November 3 episode of “The Neighborhood,” as he makes his way from New York to California to visit Calvin and Tina. This character previously made an appearance on the show a few seasons back. And on the same night, the first episode of “Crutch” will premiere on Paramount+.
In the upcoming episode of “The Neighborhood” on November 3, Malcolm’s home renovation takes an unexpected turn when Crutch arrives uninvited to help fix his floors. Meanwhile, Dave attempts to lend a hand around the house and support Grover’s booming T-shirt business, leading to more stress than he expected.
With the final season of “The Neighborhood” coming to an end, fans can still stay connected to this universe through the premiere of “Crutch.” Additionally, Calvin and Tina will make a guest appearance on an episode of the spinoff.
In “Crutch,” Tracy Morgan portrays a brash yet beloved Harlem shop owner and widower whose life takes a turn when his adult children and their kids decide to move back in with him. His daughter has split from her husband, and his son has left his job due to feeling miserable. The show also stars Jermaine Fowler, Kecia Lewis, Adrianna Mitchell, Adrian Martinez, Braxton Paul, and Finn Maloney.
