Meghan Markle discusses the future of Netflix’s ‘With Love, Meghan’ after Season 2 disappointment

During a recent appearance at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington, D.C., Meghan Markle hinted at the future of her Netflix series. She mentioned an upcoming “holiday special” set to debut in November, while carefully avoiding confirming a Season 3 for “With Love, Meghan.”

Reflecting on her experience working on the show, Markle referred to her time on “Suits,” recognizing the effort that goes into production. The lifestyle TV series, which Markle hosted and executive produced, featured celebrity guests like Mindy Kaling and Chrissy Teigen.

Despite receiving harsh reviews for both Season 1 and Season 2, Markle emphasized the importance of content size variety and experimenting with different formats. She shared insights about exploring various content delivery methods to engage audiences effectively.

Markle and Prince Harry initially signed a lucrative deal with Netflix in 2020, which they later extended but at a reduced value. The couple discussed the evolution of their partnership with Netflix, allowing them room for flexible content creation and distribution.
