Mandy Moore to star in new Hulu series with Dan Fogelman

Mandy Moore is teaming up with ‘This is Us’ creator Dan Fogelman for a brand new Hulu series that doesn’t even have a title yet. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Moore will be joined by Christopher Meloni and William H. Macy in this football-themed show.

Fogelman shared his excitement on Instagram with a screenshot from Deadline, saying, “Let’s go @mandymooremm. Rapunzel, then Rebecca, now Lauren. Mandy is about to crush. Again.” Moore also took to her Instagram Stories to express her joy, saying, “Elated is an understatement. Reunited with Dan, Jess, and my 20th [Television] family? Very grateful and can’t wait to get to work!”

The series will take place in the world of the NFL and will have a strong family dynamic. Moore will play Lauren, the daughter of NFL team owner Hank Durkin (played by Macy) and his future successor. Meloni will portray Danny Roarke, the team’s head coach.
