Fifth Season Signs Deals for ‘Wild Cards’ – International Video Agreements

Fifth Season recently secured a deal with Channel 5 and Paramount+ in the U.K. for the first two seasons of “Wild Cards,” an intriguing crime-solving series produced by Blink49 Studios, Front Street Pictures, and Piller/Segan in association with The CW for CBC in Canada. The show made its debut on Paramount+ U.K. in May.

Excitingly, Fifth Season has also finalized agreements for seasons one and two with The Walt Disney Company (Greece, Cyprus, Malta), Sony Pictures Television (Latin America), and Disney (Balkans).

“Wild Cards” features a talented cast including Vanessa Morgan from “Riverdale,” Giacomo Gianniotti from “Grey’s Anatomy,” and Jason Priestley from “Beverly Hills 90210.” The series follows the story of Cole Ellis, a cynical cop played by Gianniotti, and Max Mitchell, a quick-witted con woman portrayed by Morgan. Together, they utilize their unique talents to crack challenging cases. For Ellis, it’s all about traditional police work, while Max relies on her knack for accents, disguises, and clever schemes.
