Lakota Language Bowl in Timber Lake: A Cultural Event

Dupree High School made a fantastic debut at the Lakota Language Bowl during the Lakota Nation Invitational in Rapid City. The team clinched a well-deserved second place overall finish. Congratulations to team members Joseph Brewer, Lamont White Feather, Marion Blue Arm, Zuyala Oakie, Traden Meeks, and Neldon Little Wounded for their stellar performance!

It’s exciting to see students engaging with and excelling in the Lakota language. The dedication and hard work of the Dupree High School team truly paid off. Kudos to them for representing their school with pride and skill.
