This shift will clearly separate its linear and streaming operations while keeping its studio work in focus.

Announced on December 12, 2024, Warner Bros. Discovery’s president and CEO, David Zaslav, highlighted the company’s transformation since the merger and its commitment to delivering top-notch entertainment to audiences worldwide. The goal is to prioritize the Global Linear Networks division to drive free cash flow, while the Streaming and Studios division will focus on growth through compelling storytelling. This new structure aims to better align the organization for success.
