‘Bridgerton’ Season 3 Enters Top 10 Most-Watched Netflix Series Ever, Garnering 92 Million Views

Netflix’s hit series “Bridgerton” continues to captivate audiences with its latest season, Season 3, making its mark as one of the streaming giant’s Top 10 most-watched shows ever. The third installment debuted its second half on June 13, quickly ascending to the top tier of Netflix’s most popular English TV list. Garnering an impressive 91.9 million views to date, Season 3 joins its predecessors on the coveted list, with Season 1 holding the No. 4 spot with 113.3 million views and Season 2 following closely at No. 9 with 93.8 million views.

In a significant move, “Bridgerton” Season 3 displaced Richard Gadd’s “Baby Reindeer” from the Top 10 list, pushing it down to the No. 10 spot with 86.9 million views. “Baby Reindeer” initially entered the list at No. 10 two months after its April debut, amassing 84.5 million views. The success of “Bridgerton” Season 3 further solidifies the series’ popularity and widespread appeal among viewers.

Not only did “Bridgerton” Season 3 secure a spot as the most-watched English TV series of the week with 6.6 million views, but it also boosted viewership for its previous seasons. Season 2 claimed fifth place with 2.1 million views, while Season 1 followed closely behind at No. 6 with 2 million views. Additionally, the spin-off series “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” made its mark at eighth place with 1.8 million views, showcasing the enduring popularity of the “Bridgerton” universe.

On the streaming platform, new contenders made their mark alongside “Bridgerton.” Sci-fi series “Supacell” debuted strongly in second place with 6.4 million views, while “Worst Roommate Ever” Season 2 and “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders” claimed the third and fourth spots with 5.7 million and 3.7 million views, respectively. Notably, “Your Honor” Season 1, led by Bryan Cranston, secured the seventh spot with 2 million views, amidst the buzz surrounding “Bridgerton.”

In the realm of English films, “A Family Affair,” starring Nicole Kidman, Joey King, and Zac Efron, emerged as the most-watched title of the week, garnering 26.8 million views in its opening weekend. The comedy faced stiff competition from Jessica Alba’s “Trigger Warning,” which maintained strong viewership with 26.3 million views in its second week on the platform.

Meanwhile, on the non-English films list, “Inheritance” continued to dominate, claiming the top spot for the second consecutive week with 8.2 million views. “Maharaj,” an Indian drama, followed closely behind in second place with 5.3 million views, while “Under Paris” secured the third spot with 5 million views during its fourth week on the platform.
