Halle Berry Enlists Mark Wahlberg in Netflix Action Comedy ‘The Union’ Trailer

In the action-packed comedy film “The Union,” high school sweethearts take on the roles of super spies, portrayed by Mark Wahlberg and Halle Berry. The movie is set to premiere on Netflix on August 16. The plot revolves around Roxanne (played by Berry), who lures her ex-boyfriend Mike (Wahlberg) back into her life at a bar, only to sedate him and transport him from New Jersey to London.

The storyline unfolds as Roxanne, in a bid to recover a stolen list containing the identities of all U.S. spies, enlists Mike, a seemingly ordinary individual, to assist in the mission. When questioned by Mike about their affiliation with the FBI, Roxanne cryptically responds, “We work for The Union.”

As the narrative progresses, Mike undergoes intense training under Roxanne’s guidance, engaging in adrenaline-pumping activities such as scaling London buildings, honing his marksmanship skills, and safeguarding a crucial briefcase while being pursued across various European locales.
