‘The Umbrella Academy’ Drops Teaser Trailer and First-Look Photos for Fourth and Last Season

Netflix has unveiled a sneak peek and initial images from the fourth and final season of “The Umbrella Academy.” The series, created by Steve Blackman and based on Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá’s Dark Horse comic book series, is set to premiere on August 8 on Netflix.

In this concluding season, the Hargreeves siblings find themselves scattered following a significant confrontation at the Hotel Oblivion that resulted in a complete timeline reset. Deprived of their powers, each sibling must navigate their new reality independently, with varying degrees of success. However, the peculiarities of their extraordinary new world eventually draw them back together. Their father, Reginald, reemerges, now visible and in charge of a powerful and sinister business empire. Meanwhile, a secretive group called The Keepers holds clandestine meetings, convinced that their current reality is a facade and a significant reckoning is imminent. As these enigmatic forces converge, the Umbrella Academy must unite once more to rectify the situation, risking the fragile peace they have fought so hard to establish.
