Apopka Celebrates America’s 250th Birthday with July 4 Event and Fireworks Display
The City of Apopka is gearing up to celebrate Independence Day in a big way this year, honoring America’s 250th birthday with an evening of fun and festivity. The annual July Fourth Celebration will take place at the Apopka Amphitheater on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Attendees can look forward to a lively event featuring live music, tasty food, activities for the whole family, and a spectacular fireworks show to cap off the night. Headlining the festivities is the renowned Private Stock Band (PSB), known for their energetic performances that keep the audience on their feet.
PSB will treat guests to a diverse setlist, including Top 40 hits, Motown classics, Classic Rock tunes, Latin beats, and Country favorites. The band will also pay tribute to musical icons like Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks, leading up to a powerful patriotic finale inspired by Whitney Houston. The night promises to be a memorable celebration of America’s rich history and culture.
The City of Apopka’s Parks and Recreation Department is proud to host this milestone event, offering free admission and parking to all attendees. Food and market vendors will be on-site, along with activities for kids and prime viewing spots for the fireworks display. Parking is available at the Northwest Recreation Complex, where the Amphitheater is located.
