“The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 3 to Kick Off at Monte-Carlo Television Festival”
The 65th edition of the Monte-Carlo Television Festival is coming up from June 12 to 16! It’s kicking off with the international premiere of the first two episodes of “The Walking Dead: Dead City” Season 3. Sounds exciting, right? The actors Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan, along with showrunner Seth Hoffman, will be there too.
Season 3 of the show, brought to us by AMC Studios, is set to debut this summer on AMC/AMC+. Get ready to see Maggie (played by Cohan) and Negan (played by Morgan) team up to create the first thriving community in Manhattan since the apocalypse. But with chaos spreading across the city, they’re faced with a tough question: have they really learned from the past, or will their dark history destroy everything they’ve built?
In other festival news, Spanish actress Ester Expósito will be honored with the International Golden Nymph award for her outstanding talent, recognizing her skyrocketing career since her breakthrough role in the popular Netflix series “Elite.” The British actor Matthew Broome is also receiving the International Golden Nymph award for his promising talent, thanks to his roles in “My Fault: London” (Prime Video) and “The Buccaneers” (Apple TV+).
And last but not least, Michel Drucker will be taking home the Honorary Nymph Award for his exceptional contributions. Looks like it’s going to be a star-studded event at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival!
