Teddy Swims to Headline Super Bowl 60 Tailgate Concert in Bay Area

Teddy Swims is set to rock the Super Bowl 60 Tailgate Concert, and it’s gonna be epic! The NFL dropped the news on January 28, revealing that the Grammy-nominated “Lose Control” singer will be the headliner for the event before the big game between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks on February 8 outside Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

For Swims, being part of the Super Bowl lineup is a dream come true. As he puts it, “The Super Bowl is one of those events I grew up watching with my dad and brothers and have always dreamed of being at and performing!” And with his football background, this is a special moment for him.

The tailgate concert tradition started at Super Bowl 54 and has seen amazing acts like Miley Cyrus, The Chainsmokers, The Black Keys, Jason Derulo, Gwen Stefani, and Post Malone grace the stage. So, you know Swims is in great company!

After the tailgate concert, Green Day will take the stage at the Super Bowl opening ceremony, airing live at 6 p.m. ET/ 3 p.m. PT on NBC, Telemundo, Peacock, and Universo. And that’s not all – some other big names will be performing throughout the event too, like Charlie Puth singing the national anthem, Brandi Carlile performing “America the Beautiful,” and Coco Jones belting out “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Bad Bunny is all set to light up the halftime show!
