Casting for Taylor Sheridan series on Paramount+ in North Texas: Get involved as an extra

Attention North Texas residents! If you’ve ever dreamed of being on screen, now might be your chance. Legacy Casting is on the lookout for background extras for two exciting projects by Taylor Sheridan, currently filming right here in our region.

First up, “Lioness” is seeking actors to play CIA staff and special forces operatives in Fort Worth on Monday, Nov. 10. Starring Zoe Saldaña and Nicole Kidman, this spy thriller follows a team of female CIA agents on the hunt for terrorists. With the road closures in Downtown Fort Worth last month due to filming, it’s clear that season 3 is going to be action-packed!

As if that wasn’t exciting enough, there’s also a spinoff of the popular series “Yellowstone” in the works. Titled tentatively as “Rio Paloma,” this series will explore the stories of beloved characters Beth and Rip. While most of the filming is in Ferris, there are roles available in other parts of North Texas. Producers are currently looking for extras to play day workers, ranch wranglers, Zane’s Assistant, a flight attendant, and an airport bartender. The shoots are scheduled from November 10 to November 19 in various locations around the area.
