Denver Nuggets vs. Minnesota Timberwolves: How to Watch on Peacock

After more than twenty years, NBC Sports is back covering NBA games, and starting right at the beginning of the new season, their streaming service, Peacock, is featuring some of the most exciting matchups the league has to offer.

If you’re eager to catch the action, on October 27th, the Denver Nuggets will be facing off against the Minnesota Timberwolves in a game that will only be available to stream on Peacock. The game is set to tip off at 9:30 p.m. ET from the Target Center in Minneapolis.

Nikola Jokić will be leading the Nuggets against Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves in what promises to be an early-season showdown between two Western Conference playoff contenders. Both teams are looking strong and aiming for a deeper playoff run than last season.

This game is just the beginning of an exciting season of NBA action on Peacock. From Week 1 of the 2025-2026 NBA season all the way through April, Peacock will be hosting exclusive NBA games on Mondays, with simulcast streaming of NBA on NBC games on Tuesdays as well. In February of 2026, Peacock will even offer simulcast streaming of Sunday Night Basketball.
