Oregonreceiver expected to return versusPenn State
Oregon fans, get ready for some good news! Justius Lowe, the Ducks’ wide receiver, is expected to make a comeback against Penn State this Saturday. Coach Dan Lanning shared that Lowe is likely to be available for the game, so fingers crossed!
Lowe, who has two catches for 31 yards so far this season, missed the last two games but traveled with the team to Northwestern. Unfortunately, he didn’t see any game time. Last week, he was sidelined in street clothes for the Oregon State match.
With Lowe out of the lineup recently, the Ducks had just six wide receivers available. The team has been facing challenges in the receiving department due to various players being out with injuries. However, if Lowe returns, he would bring depth and experience to the offense. Last season, he recorded 21 catches for 203 yards and a touchdown.
In addition to Lowe, running back Noah Whittington is also expected to make a comeback after missing the last two games due to an undisclosed injury. Whittington has been listed as questionable for the past two games, but it looks like he’s getting closer to returning to the field.
The No. 6 Oregon Ducks (4-0, 1-0 Big Ten) will be facing off against the No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions (3-0) this Saturday at Beaver Stadium in University Park, Pennsylvania. The game is set to kick off at 4:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on NBC/Peacock. If you can’t watch it on TV, you can stream the game with various services like Fubo, DirecTV, or Peacock.
It’s go time, Ducks fans! Stay tuned for an exciting game this weekend as Oregon takes on Penn State. Let’s hope to see Lowe and Whittington back in action and contributing to what promises to be a thrilling matchup. Go Ducks!
