Netflix Announces Christmas NFL Games Announcer Teams

Netflix has announced the announcer teams for the upcoming Christmas Day NFL games, and it’s full of familiar faces from last year’s broadcasts. The action will be called by some of the best in the business, including Ian Eagle, Nate Burleson, Matt Ryan, Noah Eagle, and Drew Brees.

The early game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Commanders will feature Ian Eagle on play-by-play duties, alongside analysts Nate Burleson and Matt Ryan. Ian Eagle is known for his work at CBS as the No. 2 NFL play-by-play announcer, while Burleson and Ryan bring their expertise as former NFL players working on CBS’ The NFL Today.

For the late afternoon game between the Detroit Lions and the Minnesota Vikings, Noah Eagle, Ian’s son, will take on the play-by-play role, with Super Bowl-winning quarterback Drew Brees providing analysis. Noah Eagle returns for his second year after calling last year’s games, while Brees makes a comeback to the broadcast booth after his time with NBC Sports.

Stay tuned for more details on sideline reporters and the crew for Netflix’s studio programming, which will be produced by NFL Media. It’s gearing up to be an exciting lineup for football fans this holiday season!
