Beloved Teacher’s Passing Leaves Students Grieving

Tributes are pouring in for an exceptional teacher, Clare Peacock, who sadly passed away after a brief illness. Clare served as the head of the math department at Merchant Taylors’ Boys’ School for more than a decade, leaving a lasting impact on the community.

Her funeral is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17th at Southport Crematorium, with close family members invited to bring flowers. Donations in Clare’s memory can be made to Queenscourt Hospice, in line with the family’s wishes.
